Everett, WA Parks - page 3
J J Hill
Park Rating: D
This is another park that’s just a small strip of grass on the corner. Nice to have for walking your dog or whatever, but I wouldn’t say this is a great park.
Johnston Kelly
Park Rating: D
This one has a unique theme of seemingly being designed and landscaped by kids. It’s a cool concept and might improve with some work, but right now it’s really just a small nook in the woods. So overall not a strong park in my books.
Judd And Black
Park Rating: D
This park is a small plot of grass across from the Judd and Black appliance store near downtown Everett. I’m assuming they paid for it? It could use some work, there’s nothing really to do here except for the grass. Also no place to park really, except for parking at the appliance store and crossing a busy road.
Kasch
Park Rating: A
This one is huge and has so many different amenities available. Strong park just on the very modern facilities and the amount of activities possible here. It’s pretty close to the Paine Field airport so would be a good stop if you’re bored before/after a flight.
Kiwanis
Park Rating: B
Nothing amazing, but it’s a pretty cute neighborhood corner park that’s well done.
Langus Riverfront
Park Rating: A
This one is unique in that it’s the only park on the other side of the Snohomish. This makes it farther removed and can be a trek depending on traffic. Nonetheless, this park has great views of the river, and facilities to use for BBQ / parties. Definitely worth a visit.
Lions
Park Rating: B
Pretty extensive neighborhood park. Well kept and plenty of room. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it’s a solid park.
Loganberry Lane
Park Rating: C
Seems like this is just a dog park? It’s probably cool if you have a dog, but otherwise not much here.
Lowell
Park Rating: A
This and Rotary Park are connected, not sure exactly where they start/end. But these parks are on the Snohomish and have extensive trails. The views are great and also plenty of grassy areas. Definitely worth a visit.
They’re also on the other side of the train tracks, so beware of a potential delay if you’re in a rush!
Madison Morgan
Park Rating: C
Newer neighborhood corner park. Seems like it’s on the up, and surrounded by trees.
